Can anyone tell what should I do to host this map with a bot.
I.E. where should I put GHost++ file, what is the file extension(cfg, ini or else),
should I host in LAN or single player mode?
and also will I be able to load code in bot game?

P.S. sorry if this is repost

I'm sorry but this doesn't help...
I didn't ask for a link...
Yes I've seen the front page...
And that's why I did start a new topic here...
Because front page has no description other than what's inside Ghost++ file...

I wanted decent explanation from developers of bots...
Remember...I have no idea of this card implementation...

we aren't developers of bots nor do any of us to my knowledge even have a host bot. To my knowledge I think we just followed directions that told us hot to make the config, but as far as I know I do not think any of us actually know the specifics of what to do with the config.

by asking the people who made the bots or by asking a person who owns a bot and knows how to add configs.

Out of the admins, I think only tolleder/gex and maybe mastercassim know.
Have ya tried googling it?
Just throw in the keywords 'ghost', 'bot' and 'wc3' and you SHOULD be able to find some exsting tutorials.
Sorry we can't be of more help than that. :P

I already hosted several GHost++ bots myself. It's not that difficult if you have the bot already running. You first need to copy the config file posted on the front page and save it to <GHost++>/mapcfgs/YouTD.cfg. Then you have 2 possibilities:

1) Create or edit <GHost++>/ghost.cfg to include (autohosting):

Quote:
bot_defaultmap = dota
autohost_maxgames = 0
autohost_startplayers = 0
autohost_gamename =
autohost_owner =

2) Write the command !load YouTD to load and !priv <GameName> / !pub <GameName> to host one game.
