Basically, I asked if Glowackos could get working on a way to allow more variate movement speed values in the game(both lower and higher).

Why ist the multicrit capped at 6? That's really sad.  I guess that's why the old multicrit strat sucks so much now.

Multicrit is not capped, he just assumed for his example that the tower had 6 multicrit.
