Here's v1.10(b).

Changelog YouTD v1.10
Previous Bugs
-Performance: Plugged a memory leak with multiboards. Possibly the last non-tower/item related cause for lategame lag.
-Fixed an issue with TFTv1.28+ not writing savecodes to the backlog (WC3 got stricter on what file extensions are allowed to be written).
-getCurrentArmorDamageReduction now returns proper values for negative armor (was returning values from 0 to 244% instead of 0 to -71% for negative armor, thanks to an erroneous minus sign).
-Fixed an issue with 0 frame lifetime interpolated projectiles causing a fatal error. Amongst other things, this means Mr Firefles will no longer crash the game.
-Fixed a bug causing autocasts to trigger on dead targets (this is just one cause less for autocasts to go on a wasteful loop).
-Dropped items that are quickly picked up again should now have a smaller chance of flying to stash and being snatched from whatever inventory they are in upon the item projectile landing.
-Fixed an overflow/underflow bug with level up/down; the level up part of this would have essentially acted as an upper limit to game length, since once a tower reached 1M exp it would start comparing its experience against undefined values that are usually 0, and therefore going on a loop of leveling up until the thread crashed - and this would happen every time the tower's experience changed in any way.
-A single random Robe of the Magi should no longer pop up after loading a game.
-'Spell damage' now deals 90% damage to all armor types except Sif, as advertised by its tooltip (it was dealing 85%).
-Desyncs at initialization with certain patches of WC3 resolved.

Chat Commands
-zoom: Removed the black fog from highest zoom values.
-Increased BuffGroups from 5 to 10

Builders
-Queen of the Seven Skies: New PRO, "-60 movement speed for air creeps."
-Farseer: The tiny range bonus applies to Auras as well (side note: 'comes in range' events are not auras).
-Master of Encyclopaedic Wisdom: New PRO, "Towers start at level 5."
-Elementalist: Food bonus increased from 10 to 20.
-Spirit Warden: Buff duration bonus from 60% to 80%.
-Benevolent Witch: New PRO: "+10 mana." Only applies to towers that have mana to begin with.
-Backpacker: Towers can now use Unique items as well as items of their own rarity. Changed item slot bonus from +1 and max at lvl 25 to just a flat +2 - fixes the bug where reaching level 25 would drop items.
-Veteran Pilot: Attack speed base bonus from +15% to +20% and level bonus from +1% to +2%.
-Maverick: Food CON reduced from -63 to -20 food. Two new CONs, #1: "Towers cannot be built adjacent to other towers." #2: "Unable to share build areas with allies."

Creeps
-Protector: Increased hpmod from 0.65 to 0.8.
-Spellbinder: Increased zap period from 3 to 5 seconds (tooltip was saying 5 seconds). Also it now picks zap targets more randomly; was favouring later built towers in selection.
-Evolving: Damage threshold from 8% of max hp to 5% of max hp.
-Gravid: Decreased rewards reduction from 80% to 75%.
-Purge: Chance increased from 10% to 15%.
-Necro: Aura range increased from 800 to 1000.
-Manashield: Creeps lose ~25% less mana from damage.
-Manashield+ and Regen+ can no longer appear on the same wave.
-Armor mods reworked to fix some issues with them. Now positive mod values will never decrease armor and negative mod values will never increase armor.
Some examples, previous value in brackets:
-10 base, 200% = -5 armor [-20 armor]
-10 base, 100% = -10 armor [-10 armor]
-10 base, 50% = -15 armor [-5 armor]
-10 base, 0% = -20 armor [0 armor]
-10 base, -100% = -30 armor [10 armor]
10 base, 50% = 5 armor [5 armor]
10 base, 150% = 15 armor [15 armor]

As an exception, positive base with negative percentage will not go below 0 (so that more base armor cannot turn to less armor in total).
10 base, -100% = 0 armor [-10 armor]
100 base, -100% = 0 armor [-100 armor]

Items
-Oils of Lore now also give 60/120 flat experience on use.

Miscellaneous
-Map version is now also printed in the defeat summary.
-Added a 'Do Nothing' button to the length selection dialog.
-Triggered dropping of an item from a tower is now instantaneous regardless of whether the tower is a turning tower or not (non-instant item dropping was causing issues with Backpacker, but the change to Backpacker renders this chanmge mostly moot for other than posteriority).
-Performance: Improved GetX and GetY methods by replacing 4-7 conditionals with a single variable read. Fairly frequently used methods.
-Performance: Improved Buff stacking group checks by replacing a gamecache with a hashtable - an improvement on itself, but this also allowed removing dozens of costly integer-to-string conversions happening very frequently.
-Removed TriggerSleepActions from initialization code, replaced with timer delays.
-Replaced MMD with a simpler implementation, added more tracked stats. This means that a typical MMD parser won't be able to parse the replays for the data. If you make your own parser, search for 'GCSI.Dat' in 0x70 packets rather than 'MMD.Dat' in 0x6b packets.

Serious Bug Found:

All common towers are "Default String" in Totally Random mode.

Sure - it wasn't happening in the internal test versions, so it was caused by something in the finalization steps.

Testing only went back to 1.27b, sorry - intent was to support legacy too, but it seems we can't simultaneously support both old and the new versions.

How exactly does it not work?
Fatal error in loading? Game starts, but nothing happens (no mode selection, camera maybe somewhere wrong)?

It turns out that the config only works for 1.30.1 (and maybe some other WC3 patches). It doesn't kick me in 1.30, but kicks me in 1.27.

This conversely kicks me in 1.30, but not in 1.27 --- might also work for older versions:
