I can easily beat the game with fire + magic.
Want to know the reason?
Well, there are several reasons, Magic can reduce the Armor greatly, also the exp tower is pretty nice.
Fire got nice damage, nice splash and nice speed, but the real reason are the hybrid towers of magic + fire with their chance to deal 10 times damage with a chance of 10%.
I always save the lava/ice fields for my hybrid towers and give them the best items too.
Even 2 +50 Damage increase the crit by 1000 what is kinda imbalanced, maybe a lil less damage but a bit faster attack.

I mean... how often do you get level 6 in an element?
I only got to it with water, fire and earth(nice tooltips ^^)

If u make the right maze you will dmg a lot more creeps.
If it is something like a U-turn where the two paths will be close to each other you will splash the creeps on the other path two.
Take my model for instance ( the dots are the creeps)

I had tried a bit this map and i think is a good TD map...... Well, my suggestion is that you should do something to increase the size of the maze. I mean when the game finishes my maze isn't as good as i spected.... maybe you could disable the food cost of barricade or increase the food limit per wave eliminated... so we can build very nice mazes :)

Lol this was why I introduced food cost. A long maze is just too easy, you can connect 3 waypoints letting the creeps run 6 times through your maze. The current food is enough to build a good maze that can even beat last challenge on SICK.
