This is the discussion thread for the tower update Northern Troll (1569).
This tower is an update to Northern Troll v2 (id:1558)

The tower has been updated to version v4!

Creator's reason for this update:
-increased gold cost and ability factor
-added a special
-now 3 member family (please delete the young one)

edit: i also added a floating text to display the bonus damage

Can anyone please delete young northern troll from the family? This tower is much more useful if you get it a bit later.

I guess you got rid of the floating text?

Anyways just add this line at end of code

call tower.getOwner().displaySmallFloatingText(I2S(R2I(Event.damage)),tower,255,150,150,0)

And you may need to add

 method displaySmallFloatingText takes string whichText, Unit whichUnit, integer red, integer green, integer blue, integer alpha returns nothing
      //stub
   endmethod

tested, all good, EXCEPT for one little thing. Please nullify the unit variable when you finish using it in your code.
ie. add the last line: 'set u = null'

Q1: what kind of dmg is the extra dmg (Hp removal or elemental)?
Q2: is the bonus dmg goes only to the missing MS the unit had lost?

1- elemental
2- haven't quite understood the question, but the bonus damage is (base speed-current speed)*damage%
