Description
A statue built in honor of the great Obsidian Warrior. Legend often depicts him wearing nothing but a dark shroud, though his true story is shrouded in darkness.

Abilities
Arcane Orb
Infuses Harby ' s attacks with arcane energy at the cost of 100 mana per attack. Deals [6 x Current Mana] as bonus spelldamage. This ability also passively grants 1 bonus maximum mana for each creep Harby kills.

Level Bonus:
+[0.1 x Current Mana] as bonus spelldamage
Grotesque Awakening
Whenever hit by a spell, the statue comes to life for 5 seconds, enabling it to attack. This ability is affected by buff duration.
Arcane Aura
Towers in 350 range have a 10% chance to replenish 10% of their total manapool when casting an ability that costs mana. Cannot retrigger on the same tower within 5 seconds. This effect will also proc off Harby ' s Arcane Orb attacks, without the retrigger restriction.

Level Bonus:
+0.4% chance
+0.2% maximum mana replenished

This is the discussion thread for the tower Harby (1683)

Creator's comments for this tower:

A tribute to my one and only pokemon.
Dota2 completely ruined both his name and his arcane orb projectile >:C
Abilities ain't finished yet (aura and special attack not yet in a functional state). If you STILL want to playtest it, dl the latest testmap stub from my sig, else the height adjustment won't work.
Although unfinished, I thought I'd upload it now, so that it can sit here like my leech tower for all eternity waiting for me to complete it.
I apologise in advance for the model. My artistic skills aren't that great. :]

This tower has been marked for an update!
An admin think that this tower could not be approved in the current version and needs some improvements. If you fixed these things you can mark the tower for approvement again.

Things which need an update:

lazy glow :)

Quite an interesting design. Just not sure if this tower is viable with certain element combinations.... (Darkness has like no tower (cast)buffer.)

Some elements will synergize better with this than others. Iron's Energy junction might be nice, for example.
Item casts should also work (iirc).
Plus, if not used as a carry, it'll still provide a nice aura.
Still waiting on someone to point out this tower's OPness with quillboar...

That was me copying straight from dota's numbers and not actually thinking about balance. :]
I'll raise it by quite a bit when i next update.
Also, kills from previous members get converted into mana as well as new kills made by Harby. So he'll probs have quite a bit more mana when he's first built (provided you replace carry).

The tower has been updated to version v3!

Creator's reason for this update:

-Slight description adjustment.
-Removed comma from buff description.
-Added a 5 sec cooldown to the aura, and prevented proccing off autocasts that cost no mana. Also finished working on its effect.
-Implemented arcane orb, with fancy projectile and appropriate damage. (I'll probably have to trigger the default one too, so that you can't see it when the yellow one is active...yuck)

Also considering making the arcane orb damage of type 'PURE' (passes through eth and immune and shit), but then idk if it's safe to let it scale with crits...

We've moved from the design stage to the balance stage now! woot! inching forward towards completion! :D

Creator's reason for this update:

-projectile art now triggered, swapping between normal and empowered projectiles as necessary (FEAR NOT: it still procs regular attacks and everything, just like a normal attack would)
-Changed aura icon so that it's not the same as the specials icon.

And with that i think it might be ready for approval?

I do not understand the 2nd effect completly. 1st one is 10% replenish mana (>=5s interval). 2nd triggers whenever 1st triggers and bypasses "grotesque awakening"?

What does in this content "without the retrigger restriction." mean?
